(after I had intentionally, purposely TRIED to “turn the other cheek by not pressing the already filed SEXUAL ASSAULT, ATTEMPTED RAPE, Denton Charges (place of assault Chase Bank Building, 1204 W University Blvd) (Supposed to be a white collar atmosphere?) on Licensed Massage Therapist Joseph Rodriguez.(Offices Denton and Frisco) And/or the ganging up (meaning himself and the top leasor) who leases to Mr JR…the strong attorney,(Michael J. Witten Firm) Mr. Ricky Perritt, who owns the entire building, renting via Axis Realty Corp.
AND only due to being called and now feeling big INTIMIDATED, (got a text saying “unless I remove the office possessions they will toss them out onto the CURB” when (double dog DUH…) How can I 1) when they have intentionally changed the LOCKS and I can’t get in (meaning even when coming with a police escort) and 2) when they have been multiinformed that I must have a repaired, moving CAR before I can get anything. 3) that at 6’5′ my attacker, Mr Rodriquez, looks like a football player, has proven EXTREMELY intimidating, fearsome, texting veiled unreasonable threats.
ALSO due Dr T’s wisened ripe SAGE AGE..this (fully UNNECCESARY, UNWARRENTED…) as in over the TOP supreme playing BIG PRESSURE, as in HARDCORE VERY HARD MEAN BALL, ALL MEN Power Blocking, using many veiled accusations, mean THREATS. …submitted… legally falls under ELDER ABUSE (and I have left a voice message on their hotline, but no reply YET.)
