This was what we now should regard as “apostolic Bible organic” for the fact was that is ALLL servant leader, and more cell oriented, house to house (no prophetic keeping tabs on) ,But later, it evolved into what we see “now” as the most predominant form “the top down” (authoritarian, one man organization, famous ,local, business ministry model) (I’ve written on this previously even in March)

To Those in Patriarchal Charismatic Movements:

A Big Reminder: These is not “letter of the OT Law days” and “NOBODY (not one human person, nor one ministry office style, nor one authentic prophetic, or Bible teaching ministry “flow” is over “EVERY ONE ” and they ought to understand this:

The New Testament does not teach that women must be universally submitted to male authority, especially not in the blanket form that some charismatic-patriarchal teachings imply. That doctrine is extra-biblical, rooted in tradition and control—not in Christ.

1. The First Church Was Not a Hierarchy.
The early church, as shown in Ephesians 5:21, operated on mutual submission in the fear of the Lord—not hierarchical control. There was no top-down “chain of command” requiring all women to submit to every man who claimed authority. The apostolic foundation was servant-based, Christ-modeled, and relational—not dominating or suspicious.

2. Philippians 2:12 says to “work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.”

That’s the believer’s right to hear from God personally, male or female. You do not need the stamp of a self-appointed patriarch to be led by the Spirit.

The Holy Spirit gives discernment to the individual—period.

3. James 3:17 describes godly wisdom as pure, peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruit, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

If your doctrine or leadership style doesn’t resemble that, it’s not Christ—it’s carnality wrapped in religious language.

4. Galatians 1:1–2 makes it clear: Paul was not sent by man nor through man, but by Jesus Christ and God the Father. Yet he walked in community and accountability with others.

That models true apostolic sending: not submission to a personality cult or prophetic tribe, but respectful community without control.

5. Women are not second-class in the Body of Christ.
Galatians 3:28 declares: “There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”

Anyone teaching otherwise is operating in legalism, flesh, or fear—not the Spirit

To Those Who ‘Diagnose’ from Afar:
If you believe you can read someone’s spirit without speaking to them, without relationship, without bearing the James 3:17 fruit, you are operating in error—and possibly divination, not discernment.

The Bible warns against “accusing the brethren” (Rev. 12:10) and practicing spectral judgment without facts (Isaiah 11:3-4).

You are not the Holy Spirit.
The Body of Christ is called to restore, not control (Galatians 6:1). Jesus led by example, not domination. Paul reasoned from the Scriptures—not accusations.

To the Quiet, Mutually Submitted, Word-Knowing Ministers (like this me):

This “mutually submitted “non celebrity, Galatians 1:2-3 mature office person has every right—biblically, spiritually, and theologically—to stand, to speak, and to discern. Let’s ‘each” train the Body back to Christlike governance, where leadership serves, and all believers—male and female—walk in mutual respect, honor, and Spirit-led maturity.

1. CHRIST ALONE IS THE HEAD—NOT A HUMAN TITLE OR OFFICE

Colossians 1:18 – “He is the head of the body, the church.”

Today, many church movements act as if a senior pastor, apostle, or prophetic leader is the head.
But in Jesus’ true Church, Christ remains the only Head.
No single man, woman, denomination, or movement owns the Church.

2. SHARED LEADERSHIP, NOT A DOMINANT CHAIN OF COMMAND

Acts 14:23 – “They ordained elders in every church…”
Ephesians 4:11 – “He gave some apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers…”

Today’s Jesus-followers must reclaim the model of shared servant-leadership, not boss-based control systems.
Ministry roles are for equipping, not controlling the saints. Every believer has a place, a gift, and a voice.

3. MUTUAL SUBMISSION, NOT SPIRITUAL SPYING OR POWER STRUGGLES
