ARE WE ABLE TO DISCERN THE VOICE OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD?

JOHN 10-1-5 BIBLE CONTEXT KJV
V1. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.V2.But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
V3 .To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. V4. And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
SUBMITTED SELAH:
WE can paraphrase JOHN 10:4-5 in this manner: “My Sheep shall know My Voice and the voice of a stranger they will not follow”
KEY TEACHING PRINCIPLE
1. KNOW that the ANY REAL OR PERCEIVED VOICE may be coming from: “inwardly discerned, audible, coming from any source outside” real spoken, human, media, inner, dreams, visions, counsel, ideas, “spiritual” voices;
2. KNOW that these “perceived, discerned, audibly heard” real VOICES may be discerned as to from where they ORIGINATE, From what “SUPERNATURAL POWER SOURCE” (from the LIGHT or from the DARK, from the LIFE GIVING “GOOD SHEPHERD” or NOT) based upon whatever type of SPIRITUAL FRUIT is PERCEIVED, DISCERNED inside any LISTENER-“AUDIBLE PERCEIVER-“KNOWER” DISCERNER’S HEARER”S Pure Heart/Inward spirit;

3.WE MUST KNOW that “dept of perception, discernment” is not a fast fix formula. It develops very slowly, over time. The Bible states that ‘discernment comes by reason of use” MEANING that one must step out on faith, balanced by ongoing study of God’s Holy Bible, getting fellowship, and good Bible teaching, but that “learning how to discern, to perceive” the “Voice of the GOOD SHEPHERD” is much like riding the proverbial horse, but falling off, yet then getting back up upon the horse to ride again.
THIS BIBLE teaching comes to you following 40 years of this same type of “riding again” learning.

Hence it is imperative to learn to ISOLATE the VOICE OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD amongst the many “OTHER VOICES”….using clear Godly discernment which notes the FRUIT produced inside YOUR, the LISTENER’S inner pure heart. The writer submits these 2 starter DISCERNER VERSES to use to help determine WHICH VOICE is the “GOOD SHEPHERDS”

2 TIMOTHY 1:7 “God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.”
JAMES 3:17 “The (any) wisdom that comes from above is first of all pure, peaceable, easily entreated, full of mercy and good fruit, without partiality and without hypocrisy.”
