    • Publicly affirm the biblical role of capable women leaders; correct any legalistic misapplications.

  3. Follow Biblical Confrontation Protocol

    • If you disagree with a sister in ministry, begin with private, humble conversation (Matt 18:15–16; Gal 6:1).

  4. Examine Your Heart for Bias

    • Pray through James 3:17—are you acting in purity, gentleness, and without partiality?

  5. Model Servanthood, Not Control

    • Authority in the church is servant‑based, not hierarchical domination (Mark 10:42–45).

Jesus called us to a higher standard than Pharisaical legalism or sensational public critique. In an age of division, let us:
