THE AVERAGE SAFE STATUS QUO MODERN DAY “WELL VERSED” LEADER would take one look at JOHN THE BAPTIST coming in from the WILDERNESS and SHRINK FAR BACK because of his POWER and MIGHT and ATYPICAL APPEARANCE…Plus, he’d grown so accustomed to the vegan (locusts and wild honey) simple lifestyle, he refused to join them at their extravagant potluck dinner gatherings.
Then, feeling more than a little bit uneasy in his striking presence, many of the Well Fed… quietly remarked among themselves, “He’s definitely UNSUBMITTED as he is not under any (OT Levitical) SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY”**
…By BLAMING, accusing, finding John “GUILTY” of not being Back UNDER the Law…… they could absolve themselves (wash their own hands) of feeling RESPONSIBLE to really RESPECT, to ACCEPT, and to befriend, and show the Love of God ….to this (definitely powerful, yet strange) perceived office newbie.
…ALSO, based upon John’s Big Persona, Unknown Quantity, (atypical) leader demeanor.. the extremely suspicious top leaders, elders.purposely and intentionally avoided him..
The hurried elders even warned their STAFF to freeze him out..and secretly accused…(… safely… from AFAR OFF) “It SEEMS (meaning ….always from afar off) that he’s up to no Godly good…Definitely he acts just like one more of those subversive undermining demonic big controllers.”
THE EMBARRASSMENT OF EZEKIEL
1) He acted very strange, embarrassing and ATYPICAL..not “religious” “respectable” “accepted traditional” “well mannered”.
5) He was clearly not UNDER any Levitical Form or Spiritual Governmental Authority
