OUR MAIN PURPOSES FOR ADDRESSING LEADESHIP DOCTRINES

1. The main goal of Jesus Christ birth, death, and victorious resurrection, was to bring  many more people into the family of God.

2. God’s will is that “none should perish but have ever lasting life.”  2 Peter 3:9

3. God’s will is that His 5 fold office shepherds, win new sheep and that they remain in the sheepfold, not returning back out in the world

4. To provide food for thought on what pastors, leaders do to help ensure the Sheep want to come back and truly belong. (Real life sheep don’t want to be dominated, attacked, feel accused or disrespected) Thus the writer will submit her own valid real reasons to help provoke senior leader Selah.

REALISTIC

Today due to various uncertain reasons, there  has been a falling away from born again church attendance.

And while there are many mighty booming mega ministries, there is also a growing secular world,  and with that the growing of internet campuses. And the statistics tell us that 2020 that 40 percent of the entire population will be SINGLE.

Still, the Bible clearly tells each of His disciples to “Go ye therefore into all the world” to find and tell them about Jesus Christ. And during the last 33 plus solid years, following  God’s  direction, was led repeatedly to surf His Bible believing, born again, cross racial, cross cultural diverse grass roots body, covering many states.

The writer was led primarily among the many different diverse styles of groups who had experienced the Holy Spirit as in the book of Acts. And often, she was greatly blessed.

Yet, what has provoked the deep interest in apostolic modern doctrine is what may only be termed unsafe pioneering ministry “fallout” versus apostolic  healthy spiritual fruit.

From the late 1970s onward, the non-famous, grass roots, servant senior ministry pioneer, was also was involved in cross body , senior pastor regional intercession.

She witnessed first hand the regional, cross culture transformation occurs when senior pastors humble themselves and work together for One Main Cause: ONLY the Cause of JESUS CHRIST.

However, beginning with the TV media big scandals back in the late 1980′s, the writer began to notice

1) the rise in TV Christian celebrity with elevated leaders

2) the rise of accusation in the public community against born again believers

3) the rise of the accuser of the brethren  inside the church, and also coming from leadership.

4) the rise of what the writer would submit is “the new traditions of humans” which include great emphasis on hierarchy, making more money as the goal of ministry, and the “need to be well known and recognized.”

5) legalism regarding hierarchal need for ‘spiritual authority” “covering” and being viewed as OVER or UNDER someone, usually a famous leader, then created brand new legalism, The watching in a Phariseeical manner, to keep tabs on WHO was/is UNDER whom or “Are YOU spiritually covered” then allowed the accuser to surface.

6) Rather than regarding going to a Church as purposed for “soul saving” and “healing” “family like true Community” somewhere along the 1980-s upward, either the Big Ministry as Business Success and with that the God’s House as Military Boot Camp legalism also began to gain in popularity

(PLEASE NOTE: this is NOT to say, that both models are wicked, but rather, when they lose emphasis on Organic Compassion, Empathy, and instead replace following Christ with too much achieving, performing and I AM GOING TO BE BLESSEd, etc. (So apostolic compassion with big balance are at least 2 keys)

And frankly, this writer noticed the rise in glossy media, some magazines, which may have assisted in birthing narcissism, ministry competition, over emphasis on performance, and propagating new legalism.

The main noticeable ministry Fruit of legalism: is that it removes it’s eyes off of God, and keeps  watch on others, to see whether or not they are ‘performing” and “in line” with the head Legalist’s own personal /in their House views. But then it accuses the observed senior ministry to others, yet without showing respect to the accused, to check with them first hand, up close and personal to find out their side of the issue.

The writer began public ministry in around the time of the Jim Bakker, Jimmy Swaggert TV scandals. And she has noticed how the rise among grass roots ministry and lay persons, the rampant growth of the following:

1. TV Media good and negative national affects

2. Rampant  acceptance, enabling of  the accuser of both bretheren and sisteren

3. Senior ministry making a big show of money and possessions, personal power, prestiege and fame, while omitting 2 Timothy 6: 6 “Godliness with contentment is great gain.”

4. A big decline senior leadership genuine caring, approachability, agape compassion, true humility

5. AND as a result, all around the USA, there is a growing overworked, empathy lacking, compassion fatigued, usually middle aged, dull of perceiving I Samuel 1:9 Eli High Priesthood.

6. Deep in grass roots ministry, true humility, organic True Christian Unity   and deep understanding /moving in the gifts, of  God’s gentle Holy Spirit, have begun to model  Elvis Presley, and have  quietly “left the building.”

(Also, the writer submits, that this is when being “in the senior ministry” began to stop being fun, but instead the pioneering new (apostolic servant, nontraditional, not into hierarchy)  senior ministry had to duck and cover, recover, from local apostolic Friendly Fire.)

JUST WONDERING?

COULD   the US former economic boom,beginning in the Reagan Presidency years, ’80s, and lasting well into the 2000′s, have played a major part in transforming the groups that used to move in the Holy Spirit, (such as the US Grass roots former servant Jesus People) to sink down into materialism, self seeking,  and plastic performance?

IF SO,   then what affects would leader MIXTURE and MIXED UP PIONEERING leader doctrines then add in addition to MEDIA?

THE REASON THIS WRITER EXAMINES SPIRITUAL DOCTRINE

1. JESUS POSSIBLE SOON RETURN: The Church needs to be about the Father’s main End Time Eternal Business: before it’s TOO late!

2. Winning a person to the Lord is great. Following that, they need to feel welcome, accepted and safe IF they begin to attend the Local Church, but IF they will continue to come back.  So if the House is accuser modeling, rather than resembling the Messiah in Isaiah 11:2, they will start to come, but then“fall away.”

 THE CHIEF APOSTOLIC LEADER DOCTRINAL PROCESS

1. Original Apostolic Leader doctrines are given to blessed persons, chief apostles, during God called times of deep prayer and seeking the face of the Lord. This may happen to a person who is called to birth a church or one that is called to birth a entire movement.

2. Then each spiritual pioneer (aka sent messenger /apostle) go out, find disciples, train them and then as an “apostolic leader team” they go out to train men and women to help them  plant,  build  and do work of the Lord.

3. Each new work will have it’s in house government and practices and reflect the head leaders strengths and weaknesses.
4. Each Lamp Stand will produce spiritual fruit that is a niche special field, needed by God due to the vast numbers of unique very human beings and their own ways of receiving from the Lord, requiring spiritual fine tuning, mentoring and apostolic impartation, etc (more another time on that)

5. EACH WISE senior apostle, over seer Lamp Stand deeply understands that THEY  will be held accountable to the Lord in the Final Day for what he/she has done with their viewed as High Calling. Thus they prioritize keeping a First Love ongoing relationship with the Most High God in the Psalm 91 Secret Place.

6. A Key Point: What begins in the spirit, heart, mind of each senior overseer then trickles down to the levels of the leaders in their associate ministry, then deep into the lay persons and families in the congregation.

7. After this, the effect of whatever is being implemented and also imparted to and through their fine tuned ministry,  will then, eventually , move out the ministry door and  into the surrounding area.

And  hopefully  the Fruit produced by the House will have a powerful, very positive, Christ role modeling, winning the lost, helping the poor and ” healing all who are oppressed by the devil.” (Acts 10:38) affect which serves and influences the surrounding community.

A famous example of Pioneering 5 Fold Office True Unity this is found in . Chapter 4 of Pioneering Paul’s Church of Ephesians letter, beginning around verse 11. Though we have no space to cover all that, we ask that you, the reader will look it up and read it carefully. It describes the very personal and over all community big blessings and benefits.

The writer submits that Ephesians 4 will  help paint a clear picture of corporate, leader emotionally and spiritually healthy, mature, safe, Ephesians 1:6 “accepting in the beloved” community which positively effects, protects and begins to transform.
