Note: This article required much research. There are two halves to this important topic. One is “True vs False Prophets,” as in how to behave when realizing that. For nobody, including this writer, wants to accept, settle for, or compromise by being politically correct with anything false or errant in the Bible. One may be led astray, so I am not recommending that one just accepts it, keeps quiet about it, or supports it without standing up to “reprove, correct, admonish, exhort,” and always follow Matthew 18:15-16/meek Galatians 6:1 “do your utmost best to confront.”
That is for another posting.
Today, we attempt to comprehend how to handle all of the leader accusations of Christian bashing, accusing, reviling other reported ministry Christians on YouTube, social media, their blogs, radio, TV, and from the elevated pulpits. For I have seen and heard it all, and it has got to stop. This looks very righteous when actually it breeds much more doubt, unbelief, and critical skepticism, big cynicism from both the world and the weak, immature baby believers, including infantile ministers. One may be old in years, but a mama’s baby emotionally or stuck in bias and back under the old-timey Levitical religious biased ministry finger-pointing, letter of the good ole folks, often very vocal, loud, and surely “righteous” flame-throwing law.
In Philippians 1:18, the Apostle Paul shares, “What if there are many preachers who preach, teach using Jesus’ name yet they use his name to make money, to make a famous name for themselves, to build a crowd, to make a mockery of the good news of Christ?”
Q. As Apostle Paul got wind from time to time that many false preachers were teaching, preaching yet using Jesus’ Name in Vain, meaning that they were mad at him and wanted to get revenge on him by hurting Christ’s good name because they knew how dear Christ was to the servant leader Paul, surely they did that also out of envy?
Q. Yet, did Paul get upset, worried, afraid, discouraged, or depressed when he heard that many false preachers were using Jesus’ name in vain, either out of probable envy or to get revenge on him? Was he afraid for the ruin or demise of the Christian ministry movement?
A. No. The mature Apostle Paul did not get upset, worried, afraid, discouraged, or depressed when he heard that many false preachers were using Jesus’ name in vain, either out of probable envy or to get revenge on him. In fact, in Philippians 1:18, Paul acknowledges that there are some who are preaching the gospel out of false motives, hoping to cause him distress while he is in prison, but he is not concerned with their intentions. He is saying that he doesn’t care what the motivations of the preachers are, as long as they are spreading the word of God.
In other words, Paul was not afraid for the ruin or demise of the Christian ministry movement because of false preachers. He rejoiced in the fact that the message of Christ was being shared, regardless of who was doing it and why. His primary concern was the spread of the gospel of Christ, and he was willing to put aside personal grievances in order to promote the word coming from the Living God.
HERE IT IS AGAIN..(as many modern Christian believers and ministers could use this!) In Philippians 1:18, the Apostle Paul shares, “What if there are many preachers who preach, teach using Jesus’ name yet they use his name to make money, to make a famous name for themselves, to build a crowd, to make a mockery of the good news of Christ.
READ PHILLIPPIANS 1:18 “What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is preached; and in this I rejoice, yes, and will rejoice.“
Philippians 1:18 is a verse from the New Testament of the Bible, specifically from the letter that the Apostle Paul wrote to the church in Philippi. The verse reads: “But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice. Yes, and I will continue to rejoice.”
This verse is part of a larger section in which Paul is writing about his imprisonment and how his situation has served to advance the gospel. In the preceding verses, Paul has acknowledged that there are some who are preaching the gospel out of envy and rivalry, hoping to cause him distress while he is in prison. However, in this verse, Paul declares that he is not concerned with their motives or intentions. What matters to him is that the gospel of Christ is being preached, regardless of who is doing it and why.
Paul’s primary concern in this verse is the spread of the gospel of Christ. He recognizes that some may be preaching for personal gain or with less-than-pure motives, but he still rejoices in the fact that the message of Christ is being shared.
This shows Paul’s deep commitment to the gospel and his willingness to put aside personal grievances in order to promote its spread. He is saying that he doesn’t care what the motivations of the preachers are, as long as they are spreading the word of God.
Overall, Philippians 1:18 highlights the importance of focusing on the message rather than the messenger. Christians should prioritize the spread of the gospel of Christ and not get bogged down by disagreements or conflicts with other believers. Instead, they should strive to work together in spreading the message of salvation to the world.

A PS CAN WE PRE-DESCANDALIZE THE SAINTS?
THE CONCLUSION: TO PREPARE THE BELIEVERS (vast immaturity)
It appears that one secret of ever-evolving human and human frailty, including every one of major, micro ANY OF US (saying a big God Forbid) is to learn from the past:
1. Bible (the above first part) About how Paul handled the scandal of someone evil using Christ’s Name to get ahead, making it a laughing, creating cynics and sarcasm, mockery against ALL Believers. (just like now)
2. THE SUGGESTION TO PRE-TRAIN ALL CHRISTIANS (especially the young and NEW BELIEVERS) about THIS.for it is just another HUMAN SIDE OF ANY CHRISTIAN MATURE LEADER
And I was there during the late 80s’ when the Jim Bakker and Jimmy Swaggert huge scandals hit the media. I had been raised (only due to God’s grace) In a stable, happy mature Bible scholar non accusative home. So I understood how all mortal humans are just that “plenty human” including myself. “let he, she who has not sinned cast that first stone” type of Billy Graham self introspective viewpoint. I also basically understand NOT TO BE SWAYED by a human, man, woman, pastor or any type of folk, It was just part life..(very unpleasant and tragic, however)
AND I witnessed the American,Global big fallout, even in a close personal gal friend who had donated big..and a relationship that was very close to me. As that person had a very abusive father and he seemed to have put Jimmy Swaggart on a pedestal. And that person was not strong in his faith, as I had thought, and when “those offenses did come” he and many began to leader mistrust and many turned away from the church, also from believing in ministers but also departed from knowing CHRIST.
So with that greatly now in mind, I submit…we have a REAL NEED to PRE-PREPARE and BE “REALISTIC” Human warts and all.
PURE PURPOSE TO PREPARE
IN ORDER TO PRE-DEFRAG THE RELIGIOUS KNEE-JERK TYPE OF SUPER SAINTSELF RIGHTEOUS, HOLIER THAN THOU, SOMEHOW WEAK AND SELF-PITYING, GOSSIP FODDER WHICH IS “INFANT” TYPE OF REACTION
ANOTHER HEADS UP:Let’s get truly ready for what “MIGHT: eventually wind up being the FINAL MOVE OF GOD
AND as we notice, that due to all human nature, even MOST PEOPLE can feel justified to be self righteous and easily horrified and they love to gossip. So this might help to minimize all of that, (teach this from any 9 on up)
BIBLE SCRIPTURES TO TRAIN:
JIMMY SWAGGERT AND JIM BAKKER AND ALL IN BETWEEN SURFACE IN MY THOUGHTS AS EMBARK ON THIS NEW TYPE OF EVENTFUL DAY
Back in those late 1980s Days…As a leader, I went to the Lord and inquired. He replied with
MICAH 7:5 “Do not put your trust in your neighbor, do not put your trust in A GUIDE, do not put your trust in the one who lies beside in bed ONLY put your trust in GOD“
So I felt that was right: To train people to respect the offices to prepare ahead of time..should one FALL, not to resemble the ACCUSER to evaluate, size up, to then pray for THE PERSON but to allow GOD to JUDGE..and not to take that on.
However, instead, as we note the Famous Celebrity came along and then the Big Shot Wannabes of which I am NOT ONE but get accused of that by those who ARE due to envy, emotional maturity, need for identity and very poor quality parenting (I see it as need for ESTEEM, which I by God’s amazing grace have plenty of)
HERE ARE TRAINING POINTS (just in case..great for BEGINNING CHRIST FOLLOWERS)
USE BIG CAUTION .. TO NEVER LET THE MISTAKES, APPEARING SINS, MONEY ISSUES, SEXUAL STUFF AND ANY SCANDAL, MORAL SHORTCOMING OR PERCEIVED FAILURE TURN YOU AWAY FROM FOLLOWING CHRIST..from sticking with HIM through THICK and THIN
TIES IN “Research OVERCOMERS” for there is a reward for whomever does..
ALSO, due to ANOTHERS FAILFURE do not cut yourself off from all CHRISTIANS from going TO CHURCH or GROWING
NEED TO DISCUSS:
**LUKE 17: 1″It is impossible but that (probably many) offenses will come…..”
“Offenses WILL eventually come “ DO NOT BE SHOCKED..and STAY THE COURSE. (Christian Maturity)
NOTE: Explain this as a PLOY, a TRICK OF THE DEVIL to get YOU OFF YOUR COURSE
**PSALM 118:8-9 which are similar to Micah 7:5 (“The word of the Lord is confirmed in the mouth of 2 (or more) witnesses. Now we have 3 and each of which I submit is wonderful for training, new believer, and disciple, parents to their children
PSALM 118 :8 “Do not put your confidence in man, only put your confidence in God”
PSALM 118:9 “Do not put your confidence in princes (the leaders) ONLY put your confidence in God.”
THE BOTTOM LINE...
WE TRY TO PRE-DEFRAG A RELIGIOUS KNEE-JERK TYPE OF SUPER SAINTSELF RIGHTEOUS, HOLIER THAN THOU, SOMEHOW WEAK AND SELF-PITYING, GOSSIP FODDER WHICH IS “INFANT” TYPE OF REACTION
